Each property has a unique registration QR code. Please visit your leasing office to receive it, or feel free to contact us and we can assist you with registering.
Your property now uses EZ Park for parking management. To avoid receiving a Notice of Non-Compliance, make sure to register your vehicle. You can follow the steps on the flyer or use the instructions below:
1: Scan the QR code on the paper
2: Choose your permit for your property
3. Enter your details to create your account
4. Enter your vehicle details
5. Enter your payment details to recieve your permit
6. Before clicking "Buy Permit", toggle "Renew Permit Automatically" under "Start Date"
7. Now your vehicle is registered.

You’ll need your vehicle’s make, model, color, and license plate number, as well as your full name, phone number, and email address.
You can contact us directly to confirm registration. If your property uses our online account system, log in to check your status.

You’ll only need your phone number and license plate.
You’ll receive a text reminder 10 minutes before your session ends.
You’ll receive a confirmation text message with your registration details, including the property name and the time frame of your permit.
No. If the parking is listed as $0, our system won’t ask for payment or a credit card.
Your vehicle was not in compliance with your property’s parking rules. Details are listed on your notice, or you can contact us for clarification.
