How do I register my vehicle for a permit for where I live?

Each property has a unique registration QR code. Please visit your leasing office to receive it, or feel free to contact us and we can assist you with registering.

I recieved a "How to sign up for a Parking Permit" paper

Your property now uses EZ Park for parking management. To avoid receiving a Notice of Non-Compliance, make sure to register your vehicle. You can follow the steps on the flyer or use the instructions below:

1: Scan the QR code on the paper

2: Choose your permit for your property

3. Enter your details to create your account

4. Enter your vehicle details

5. Enter your payment details to recieve your permit

6. Before clicking "Buy Permit", toggle "Renew Permit Automatically" under "Start Date"

7. Now your vehicle is registered.

What information do I need to register my vehicle for a monthly permit?

You’ll need your vehicle’s make, model, color, and license plate number, as well as your full name, phone number, and email address.

How do I know my vehicle is registered?

You can contact us directly to confirm registration. If your property uses our online account system, log in to check your status.

How much is my monthly permit?

Prices vary by property. Please check with your property management or contact us for details.

Paid Parking FAQ

How do I register my vehicle for paid parking?

Scan the QR code on the property signage and follow the prompts. You can also visit our Smart Pay Signs page or Contact page for help.

What information do I need to register my vehicle for paid parking?

You’ll only need your phone number and license plate.

What happens if I forget what time my paid-parking expires? 

You’ll receive a text reminder 10 minutes before your session ends.

How do I know my vehicle is registered?

You’ll receive a confirmation text message with your registration details, including the property name and the time frame of your permit.

Will I be charged any fees if the parking is listed as $0?

No. If the parking is listed as $0, our system won’t ask for payment or a credit card.

Notice of Non-Compliance FAQ

Why did I get a Notice of Non-compliance?

Your vehicle was not in compliance with your property’s parking rules. Details are listed on your notice, or you can contact us for clarification.
